PROJECT ARCHITECT
 
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible in executing the implementation of various retail development store expansion of Cebu Home and Builders Centre.
Incumbent is responsible in managing construction projects from conceptual design phase through completion of construction.
Responsible for site planning and development to ensure that projects comply with zoning, environmental, and safety requirements.
Make reports to keep COO informed about the status of the project.
Makes frequent site visits throughout the construction project to monitor contractor progress, answer questions that may arise, and ensure milestones are completed according to the project timeline.
Performs other related functional duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications:
A graduate of BS Architecture (preferably with license)
At least 5years experience in Project Management of vertical structures or design implementation projects.
Keen to details, and highly organized.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
Good time management skills.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
