We're looking for a Project Architect. This is a full-time role, with a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM), and a Work-in-Office (WIO) position.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in drafting building construction drawings from scratch using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
As an Architect, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed architectural drawings that align with our client's vision and meet regulatory requirements. We value creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail in our architectural team.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in drafting building construction drawings from scratch using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit software, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in utilizing these tools.
In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in the United States.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and materials.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating architectural drawings.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, project teams, and contractors.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize your extensive experience to develop precise and comprehensive architectural drawings and plans from scratch using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit software.
Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and project teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints, ensuring alignment throughout the design
process.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards, addressing factors such as ADA accessibility, zoning requirements, and other applicable laws.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to gather relevant information necessary for the creation of accurate construction drawings and specifications.
Prepare and present architectural designs, concepts, and proposals to clients, incorporating their specific needs and preferences while maintaining a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
Collaborate effectively with construction teams and contractors, providing guidance and clarification during the implementation phase to ensure accurate translation of architectural plan.
