PROJECT ARCHITECT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Interpret the design plans for implementation of project outside Cebu
Monitor and validate design execution as per plan, and coordination to designing architect for design clarifications.
Quality check the work executions of the contractors
Deal with end-users & different disciplines or trade involved in the project
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of BS - Architecture
Must have effective English communication skills both verbal and written
Preferably with PRC license and has 2 years work experience in project execution and supervision
With AUTOCAD, sketchup, MS office skills
Has at least experience on government permit processing and other related permit works.
