Qualifications:
1. PRC License in Architecture
2. Two (2) -Three (3) years of experience in project management and architectural planning
3. Must have technical design knowledge of building assemblies and construction practices
4. Excellent technical drawing skills
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Creative, Resourceful, and Detail Oriented
7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and design software programs such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Lumion, V-Ray, etc.
8. Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
