Is currently looking for:
 
PROJECT ARCHITECT 
 
Requirement: 
BS Architecture graduate 
At least 2 yrs working experience 
Willing to be assigned to field 
Willing to learn; Requires minimal supervision 
Job Description: 
Prepare schematic and 3d drawings of new house models 
Prepare contract documents and permit plans for house models 
Oversee assigned project from conceptualization to contract administration
Coordinate with construction management and consultants relating to the project
Report immediate concerns that require urgent action 
Monitor material order, request for information in accordance with BOM and design  requirements 
Prepare shopdrawings and bulletins as needed 
Interpret architectural, structural and MEPF drawings 
Conduct site inspections to check for compliance in the field 
Monitor schedule and documentation of project
