JOB SCOPE:
The position is responsible in overseeing the overall architectural / ID development, design, construction, documents and specification. Manages the administrative and technical project needs. Ensure compliance of construction detail documentation to quality control and best practices.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a 5- year course with a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Interior Design
- License is a plus
- At least 5 years experience in a similar position
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, Sketch-up and Photoshop
- Keen observer, has attention to details and has problem solving skills
- With at least 3 years' experience in Project Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
