Proficient in AutoCAD
Can read and interpret designs, drawings, and plans
Has good oral and written communication skills
Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in Excel
Competencies Required:
With Initiative and common sense
Can do multitasking with less supervision
Willing to work overtime or on a night shift
Willing to handle projects outside Cebu
Can supervise subcontractors, labor and skilled workers
Knows how to estimate project materials
