Job Description Represents EFRM in the implementation of major new products, services and enabling systems. He/she will assist the Project Advisory Head in driving the implementation of EFRM-related fraud action points/recommendations to help Business address/manage risks noted as a result of project/reviews. 1. Represents EFRM in the implementation of major new products, services and enabling systems - Conduct fraud risk assessment to identify potential risks that can harm the business and damage the brand of Globe - Acts as Single Point of Contact-SME(SPOC-SME) to represent EFRM in discussions and decision making - Escalates major issues and callouts to next level groups for resolution - Reports progress and status of assigned projects to IS and EFRM Operations 2. Assist the Project Advisory Head in driving the implementation of EFRM-related fraud action points/recommendations in order to help the Business address/manage risks noted as a result of project/reviews. 3. Assist in the delivery/deployment of EFRM-driven projects to support monitoring and investigation. 4. Exhibits an understanding of the company's products, end-to-end processes and systems, network and information technology systems and tools that will deliver EFRM output.
