Job Description
Regularly reviews the construction cost of Granville 1, 2, and Domingo to ensure accuracy & timeliness.
Ensure the preparation of reports timely & accurately:
Weekly Percentage Report
HDMF Retention Report
Monthly Meeting Requirements
Cost of Sales Report
Other reports required by the management
Management Report (P & L projects & Cost Variances)
Weekly checking of Contractor's Billing to ensure accuracy and completeness of Contractor's Accounts.
Preparation of Admin Expense Monitoring (Construction Admin Personnel)
Site Visit for verifying the data been recorded.
Monitoring of Job Order transactions.
Monitoring the data in Billing System (Site) been reconciled with the data been recorded in the Accounting System (QB).
Validates/Audits actual accomplishment per Engineering report & Contractor's billing.
Guides, Mentors, Coaches Accounting Staff (Site Accounting) to achieve set targets and towards their career growth.
Job Qualification
A graduate of Bachelors of Science in Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant ( CPA ) is a plus.
Good analytical skills
Keen attention to details
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using MS Office Applications
High sense of integrity and professionalism
