Brief Statement of Duties:
Will handle Project Accounting
Prepare Journal entries
Prepare Disbursement for Project
Prepare and analyze Project Financial Statement
Authorities and Responsibilities:
Responsible in preparing the actual Project Periodic Cost in terms of materials, labor, equipment, sub-contractor and overhead expenses.
Prepares the project cost report or profit and loss report every end of the month or every 15th as may be deemed necessary.
Responsible in coordinating and collating all necessary cost data, daily, based on all available source documents.
Responsible in billing the replenishment of the project revolving fund.
Maintain project Book of Accounts, including but not limited to Project Financial Statements, subsidiary ledgers and supporting schedules.
Prepares a monthly cash projection reports every end of the month on a weekly basis.
Responsible in preparing a summary or statement of account of outstanding cash and disbursements to be submitted to the Project Manager every Thursday.
Upholds the confidentiality of all reports and data handled.
