Job Description
Maintaining project reports.
Maintaining all relevant income and expenditure for each project.
Analyzing project expenses and providing commentary.
Overseeing project records and contracts to ensure terms are adhered to.
Business partnering with non-finance managers to develop processes and the understanding of financial requirements.
Creating bespoke financial reports.
Developing financial systems along with construction operations to ensure project success
Report on project profitability to senior management.
Qualifications
An Accountancy or Management Accountancy graduate from a reputable school
With at least 2 years experience in accounting.
Experience in the construction industry is preferred, but not required
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Preferably based in Cebu City or in Cebu Province
