Process, summarize, review and analyze general and administrative expenses and other overhead expenses of the projects.
Maintaining assigned general ledger accounts
General bookkeeping
Review, monitor and posting of PCF replenishments, reimbursements, liquidations and request for payment
Review, monitoring, reconciliation, amortization and posting of overhead expenses
Rentals, utilities, transportation, meals and representations, professional payments, permits, payroll and other opex
Monitoring of advance for liquidation, refundable deposits, advances to related parties and prepayments
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related courses
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in MS Offices
Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
Experience in Construction Company is a plus
Flexible, willing to learn and highly analytical
Can work with minimum supervision
Willing to be assigned to Calawis, Rizal project site.
