General Purpose :
1. Cost of Sales - validate accuracy of the amount and computation
2. Closely monitoring of construction costs for all projects
3. Weekly checking of contractors billing
Essential Functions :
1. Regularly reviews the construction costs of all projects to ensure accuracy & timeliness
2. Ensure the preparation of reports timely and accurately
> weekly percentage report
> HDMF retention report
> Monthly meeting requirements
> Cost of Sales Report
> Other related reports required by the Management
The candidate must be :
1. Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting or Accounting Technology 2. Understands Accounting key concepts & updated with PFRS 3. Knowledge of the business 4. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Accounting Entries 5. Customer and Result Oriented
