Job Responsibility:
- Preparation of financial statement and analysis
- Ensure compliance of government reporting and statutory obligations
- Prepare, review and communicate financial reports to top management and BOD
- Prepare, consolidate and formulate the company's budget and mid-term plan
- Assist the Systems Manager in the management of the Existing Accounting system
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
Preferably a licensed CPA
At least 3 years of work experience in Finance and Accounting
Knowledge and experience in finance, accounting, treasury or it's equivalent
Experience in real-estate is an advantage
High degree of maturity with good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to respond effectively and professionally to sensitive inquiries or complaints
Experience in the management of an accounting system such as IFCA, SAP and Acumatica
Able to work well under pressure
