What is the job?
•Manage project cost accounting and reporting for assigned construction projects
•Prepare requisition form and record revenues in accounting software
•Monitor project budgets, commitments, and expenditures, and provide regular financial updates
•Review and approve project-related invoices and ensure proper coding and timely payment
•Prepare and analyze project financial statements, including cost reports, revenue recognition, and cash flow forecasts
•Collaborate with project managers to review and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and variances
•Assist in the preparation of project budgets, including cost estimates and projections
•Conduct regular project cost reviews and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks
•Coordinate with external auditors during project audits and respond to audit inquiries
•Maintain accurate project financial records, including project contracts, change orders, and documentation
•Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and industry standards
•Assist in the implementation and improvement of project accounting processes and systems
What you bring to the job?
3+ years of experience in project accounting
Real estate or construction industry experience
MS Excel proficient
Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Sage) is a plus
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Stable employment history
Willing to work from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (MNL Time), Mon-Fri
