Description
1. Regularly reviews the construction cost of Granville 1, 2, and Domingo to ensure accuracy & timeliness.
2. Ensure the preparation of reports timely & accurately:
· Weekly Percentage Report
· HDMF Retention Report
· Monthly Meeting Requirements
· Cost of Sales Report
· Other reports required by the management
3. Management Report (P & L projects & Cost Variances)
4. Weekly checking of Contractor's Billing to ensure accuracy and completeness of Contractor's Accounts.
5. Preparation of Admin Expense Monitoring (Construction Admin Personnel)
6. Site Visit for verifying the data been recorded.
7. Monitoring of Job Order transactions.
8. Monitoring the data in Billing System (Site) been reconciled with the data been recorded in the Accounting System (QB).
9. Validates/Audits actual accomplishment per Engineering report & Contractor's billing.
10. Guides, Mentors, Coaches Accounting Staff (Site Accounting) to achieve set targets and towards their career growth.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, SAP
