Onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Enterprise Applications, IT Systems team, located Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. As an Oracle ERP Developer, you will have the opportunity to work with our key business partners and IT peers in understanding the many enterprise applications. You will help lead, collaborate, and architect harmonized solutions for Onsemi. This position will play a critical role in supporting our commercial strategies and engaging in the ongoing transformation of our business with our internal and external partners. Fostering key partnerships with strategic internal partners are essential for success. This is both a strategic role and a technical role requiring the ability to handle complex situations in a dynamic environment, as well as provide solid technical solutions as part of the transformation and modernization effort. This role will provide design, development and support for Finance back-office systems such as Oracle ERP applications, RPA, Oracle EPM Planning cloud etc. We're looking to build on that foundation, and continue taking things to the next level, by bringing in additional well-organized, process-oriented, and data-driven talent.

Initiates ideas for enhancements or new solutions that would bring benefit to corporation.
Performs code and design reviews for team members.
Demonstrates good knowledge in software development methodologies and practices.Drive compliance to Software Development procedures.
Performs development of evolutionary and/or throwaway prototypes for user interfaces, data conversion, business processes and technology validation.
Contributes to functional, UAT testing, and cutover plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation.
Partners with Business to understand business requirements and translates them into solutions.
Knowledgeable in Unified Modeling, data modeling and user interface design.
Participates in educational opportunities by reading professional publications obtaining industry recognized technical certifications, maintaining personal networks.

About You
Master's degree or Bachelor degree with 2+years experience in analytical disciplines like Computer Science, Management Information Systems/Business information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience.
ERP knowledge required (Direct experience with Oracle EBS Finance modules or Oracle cloud preferred)
Experience with ERP end to end implementation, preferred
Experience in Share point online preferred
Experience with Automation tools, RPA, preferred
Java Experience, preferred
Cloud experience preferred
Qualifications
Proficient in Oracle EBS Finance modules AP, AR, GL, FA, Inventory Costing, Cash Management, EBTax and Sub Ledger Accounting module.
Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, OAF, Oracle Workflows, BI Publisher, WebADI, Database and Cloud technology.
Proficient in software development lifecycles namely Waterfall and Agile and AIM Methodology.
Work with business counterparts to produce design documentation for system changes and translate changes into coherent, timely and scalable solutions. Also responsible for business analysis and delivering a technical design document.
Understand the needs of non-technical internal application users, and maintain strong support relationships with managers, leads, and end-user community in all business areas.
Coordinate migrations/implementation of changes between the different Oracle Application environments (i.e., Development, Test, and Production).
Experience in the Interfaces, conversion and data migration between different Oracle modules, Oracle Cloud and 3rd party applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment coordinating with internal customers to help support and enhance business systems.
Strong Business and Technical analysis skills. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
Highly engaged, ability to work independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Desired to have Java experience.
