Overview:Job Profile: Programmer, Applications
Role: Programmer, ApplicationsOverviewResponsible for development, support, and strategy of Workforce Software configurations for HR and Payroll system projects. Works closely with stakeholders and application specialists. Oversees testing, system defects, and development to meet business needs while maintaining industry-standard practices.Responsibilities:Tasks and Responsibilities
Assist clients in collecting design requirements.
Design and deliver high-quality solutions via system configuration to meet business needs.
Understand application support for business processes and apply knowledge to solve problems.
Facilitate integration between Workforce Software and other modules.
Document system configuration and business processes using Workforce Software templates (BRD, SDD).
Transfer knowledge to customers for ongoing support.
Provide best practice guidelines for WFS base product and extensions.
Support existing users by resolving application errors, data discrepancies, and queries.
Configure and maintain platform and custom applications.
Influence processes and policies related to application management.
Mentor team members and define acceptance tests for new functionality.
Perform other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:Key Skills
Ability to configure Workforce Software Time and Attendance module.
Assist leadership and sales in scoping and project assessments.
Multi-task and prioritize across multiple clients.
Process-oriented mindset.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience configuring and implementing Workforce Software Time and Attendance.
Up-to-date T&A Configuration certifications (2017 forward or Delta exam).
At least 3 implementations of Workforce Software Time and Attendance in the US preferred.
Knowledge of MSSQL/MySQL is a plus.
Prior consulting experience and ability to mentor others.
Cloud Payroll/SAP Payroll or other Time Management solutions experience is a bonus.
Bachelor's degree required.
