The PROGRAM OFFICER FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD NUTRITION shall be responsible for the Dolores Aboitiz Children's Fund ECN Program and shall coordinate with various stakeholders for the attainment of the goals and objectives of the program.
 
Roles and Responsibilities
Manages and coordinates with the nutrition partners and networks
Develop and write proposals, concept notes, and articles necessary for the program
Develops and implements MEAL projects aligned to the overall ECN program
Lead and manage program-level evaluation of higher-level outcomes and theories of change
Nurture partnerships with DACF grantees, partners and network, provide guidance and maintain frequent communications with program partners, and identify and contact new program partners for advocacy expansion
Qualifications
Graduate of Development, Social Work, Education, Nursing, Public Health, or its equivalent
With 3 years relevant experience
Preferably with community development and stakeholder management experience and knowledgeable on Early Child Care and Development/Health/Nutrition/Education
