About the Job
The Program Manager will collaborate closely with the Director of Research and SVP of Well-Being & Resilience. The role will be responsible for the management and oversight of all departmental projects and the scoping of resources and requirements, including: the establishment of project plans, RACI matrices, executive reports, and vendor management.
The role requires the proactive management of multiple projects through deep interaction with cross-functional partners to enable the business to implement new strategies in a coherent, timely and cost-effective manner.
The Program Manager will optimize efficiency and effectiveness, drive best-in-class standards and ensure the department fulfills its strategic vision to develop and maintain the best well-being program in the industry.
As Program Manager (Well-Being & Resilience), You Will...
Manage all aspects of the project life cycle including planning, scope definition, design, execution and delivery, including development of administrative and operational processes, templates, procedures/protocols, and other core documents relating to program management
Manage all aspects of multiple, related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of the department's and company's vision
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrate strong teamwork, innovation and operational excellence
Provide regular status reports on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues
Monitor program performance and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing data and trends, communicate trends with plans of action to stakeholders
Work directly with the senior leadership team and/or client to understand daily, weekly, monthly deliverables and assist in execution accordingly
Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity

Requirements:
As Program Manager (Well-Being & Resilience) You Have...
Bachelor's degree in a social science discipline strongly preferred
3+ years of experience in corporate well-being & resilience preferred
Experience in client/vendor relationship management
Knowledge of/experience in well-being & resilience programming preferred
Strong business, operational and procedural knowledge of contact centers preferred
Exceptional leadership capabilities
Superior oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong technical and analytical aptitude
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
Ability to consistently meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment and influence others to embrace change
Ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to successfully work with cross-functional teams/groups

Possess exceptional time management, organizational and prioritization skills to complete work in a timely manner
