Job Description In your new role you will: * Be responsible for subcontractor change management projects ensuring projects are executed fulfilling project requirements * In charge ofAutomotive package outline design change qualification to meet Job Description In your new role you will: Be responsible for subcontractor change management projects ensuring projects are executed fulfilling project requirements In charge of Automotive package outline design change qualification to meet automotive business needs Support Bill of Material 2nd source qualification as needed to meet automotive reliability quality and other specific requirements Manage assembly process improvement project as needed for Automotive business divisions Manage subcontractor Product Change Notice and executive change project Identify package level opportunities for cost down and executes cost down projects Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor's Degree inProcess /Manufacturing Engineering with minimum 6 years of Semiconductor working experience Experience in Automotive products ramp up and safe launch is necessary Experience in package / process change /transfer or new product introduction Ability to drive subcons and ensure projects are managed within timeline, budget and scope of project Good understanding of automotive quality requirements, such as qualification release criteria Good understanding on IC packages and interaction to processes and materials Certified and professional project management skills and able to lead cross-functional team Strong communicator to connect effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
