The Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) business provides differentiated value, extraordinary service, and unrivaled expertise to Card Members seeking leisure or business travel, as well as a variety of lifestyle/concierge services. The Network Strategy & Configuration team is part of a global organisation who shapes the future of TLS by identifying customer servicing strategies that contribute to the configuration & transformation of TLS servicing model. Our primary areas of focus consist of: Leading small & large scale programs of servicing & configuration business transformations, across critical global markets delivering a significantly improved customer experience whilst also improving operational efficiency. Using the TLS Global Footprint & data driven analytics to develop and identify new opportunities to support servicing & capabilities improvements across the TLS organisation. Challenging the status quo through data and providing a voice that will help inform strategic initiatives and decisions across all areas of TLS. For this exciting role, we are seeking a high achiever with a strategic mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for the customer. Responsibilities: Leading and end-to-end program management of migration of processes from TLS global markets in US, Europe and Asia into Manila hub Provide strategic program structure and support key configuration & transformational initiatives partnering with multiple stakeholders including Finance, Operations, Workforce Planning, Compliance, Real Estate and Technology. Regular updates to the leadership team, proactively identifying, tracking, and resolving issues, facilitating decision-making, identifying cross-workstream dependencies and post-implementation reviews. Ensure all implemented projects are in accordance with compliance and control guidelines. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and network efficiency by leveraging the current footprint and global expertise to its full potential. Support the Director in developing mid-term and long-term strategies to optimise TLS' servicing model and achieve competitive advantage through superior customer value. Maintain regular interaction with senior executives on program progress, risks & issues to facilitate decision making. Influence business partners, leadership & key stakeholders to achieve appropriate standardization of key TLS processes across all regions. Being instrumental in evolving the TLS and Global Engineering and Operations (GEO) culture and leading employee development across the wider GEO team. Required Skills: Excellent program management qualifications such as Prince 2, Agile, Method 1 and proven project management experience. Prior large-scale program management experience including migration of processes and a solid track record of delivering global/regional critical projects from inception to completion. Knowledge and experience of local Philippines regulations around PEZA and other market nuances Extremely organized with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize appropriately and manage several deliverables at once. Highly analytical, knowledge of key operational metrics and servicing strategies experience to interpret data, transform it into strategies & change status quo. Strong ability to build & leverage relationships with our stakeholders, while influencing program partners effectively. Ability to challenge upwards and influence without direct authority, knowing when to escalate to ensure alignment and timely completion of projects. Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate roadbloacks and utilize Change Management principles to drive results. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, clear and confident communication style with ability to engage with senior executives to garner credibility and sponsorship. Strong financial acumen, preferably related to service delivery decisions. Ability to work on a global scale and work out of hours as it may be required of a global role. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills a must. Preferred Skills: Previous experience in Program Management & Migrating Processes to large centers Travel business knowledge PEZA and other local compliance/regulations within Philippines Fluency in one or more foreign languages Additional Details: Work from Home Requirements: Must have at least 25 mbps internet connection plan / speed Must have a private & quiet area to work at home Must be amenable to work in Taguig once community quarantine measures are lifted Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
