JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Program Lead for Public Governance Forum of the Resource Development Unit (RDU), you are expected to help strengthen the governance capability of ISA’s partner institutions by leading the planning and implementation of ISA’s capacity development program for governance practitioners, including participating in the development of the unit’s other programs and providing logistical and administrative support as necessary.
Responsibilities
Lead the program management of the Public Governance Forum by:
Coordinating with the Partner Management Unit to curate a panel of experts that can give valuable feedback to ISA partners undergoing Revalida
Ensuring the smooth planning and implementation of all online Revalidas and the Public Governance Forum
Maintaining and updating the Partner Pathway Movement and Panelist Trackers
Accomplishing post-event reports in a timely manner
Handle other projects and tasks as may be assigned by superiors
Be a person of integrity and a good governance advocate
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree holder in Development Studies, Communications, Education, Sociology, and other related courses
1 to 2 years’ experience in program management
Preferred experience in leading and developing training programs
Ability to coordinate several programs simultaneously
Ability to build and maintain rapport with people
