Position Description: CGI Federal is seeking a Program Analyst to join a centralized Program Management Office (PMO) team supporting a large-scale international program for a United States Government client. The program analyst will support service Position Description: CGI Federal is seeking a Program Analyst to join a centralized Program Management Office (PMO) team supporting a large-scale international program for a United States Government client. The program analyst will support service deliveries across 70 countries. The analyst will assist with program-wide banking reconciliation efforts ensuring accuracy and compliance to contractual requirements. Your future duties and responsibilities: o Review, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve banking reconciliation issues o Address and resolve daily items raised by overseas operation teams requiring PMO review and approval. o Provide guidance to the overseas operation team members as appropriate o Assist with providing training and refreshers to operation teams on processes and procedures relating to reconciliation. o Review and submit support tickets to address technical issues or to develop new functionality working with operational teams, IT team and vendors. o Review and streamline existing processes where efficiencies can be gained o Continue to enhance reconciliation process program wide and make recommendations for improvements o Work with operation teams to find ways to expedite daily reconciliation by creating automated reports, templates & automate manual tasks being performed to reduce or eliminate human error o Participate in cross-functional meetings with various support organizations. o Review and assist with developing Standard Operating Procedures documentation, and perform quarterly reconciliation reviews o Perform daily transfer requests for select regions/countries and monitor and address chargebacks working directly with Treasury department o Ability to work off-hours, including holidays as needed o Work with team on client deliverables and requests attend client meetings to better understand the client's expectation. o Perform data analysis and produce reports as needed for the government o Assist with testing of new functionalities and enhancements to the system to meet required needs. o Assist with proposal efforts where and as needed. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2 - 5 years relevant work experience. . Successful completion of a Background investigation including criminal, education, employment, credit and driving record checks. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. . Ability to prioritize and organize workload. . Ability to efficiently and thoroughly complete tasks in short timeframes . Ability to work independently . Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel . Ability to take initiative and respond to changing circumstances within our regional teams . Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collegial and cross-cultural atmosphere ability to maintain composure during stressful situations. Desired Experience: . Degree in Finance or similar field . Knowledge of the U.S. visa process .
