Job Title: Professional II, Business Systems Analysis
Job Description The Senior Business Analyst works closely with the business and technical teams. This
role is a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable, writes the
business and functional requirements and ensures the analytical, build, test and
deployment tasks related to both internally developed as well as third party solutions are
successfully completed. Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the
project management team to prioritizes deliverables and negotiate on product
functionalities. The Senior BA understands software development processes and is very
analytical with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to help identify,
communicate and resolve issues.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must be a detailed-oriented, inquisitive, selfstarter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, enjoys working
independently and thrives working under deadlines.
