PRODUCTIONS SUPERVISOR
 
Job Description 
 
The Productions Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the Production Department and  managing the company’s plant operations. They are to ensure that supplies and materials are in a  positive flow and that all equipment is functional and are adhering to safety standards.
 
Essential Functions 
Oversee and coach employees;
Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to their team;
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules;
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance;
Check production output according to specifications;
Submit reports on performance and progress;
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements;
Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures;
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards; 
Qualifications 
Must possess a degree Business Administration or in a technical, Engineering or relevant field
At least 2 years experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in a Food Manufacturing  Company
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving abilities
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
