Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of production and assembly process
Handle the cost efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the manufacturing process.
Ensures the staff follows company and government policies and procedures
Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
Estimating costs and preparing budgets
Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate
Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs
Review worker performance and identify training needs.
Requirements:
BS in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
At least 5 years of experience at the Managerial level in the Manufacturing industry.
Have work experience in the assembly line of electronics substrate or battery pack.
Have handled at least 10 employees as manager
N2 level Japanese Skills
