JOB SUMMARY
Cap Tightener
Ensure that caps are secured on bottle following specs on cap gap and removal torque
Cartoner
Individual Finished Stock Carton preparation
Placing of Finished Stock inside individual carton
Perform task based on FS Specs
Labeler
Set-up of auto face labelling machine - for face label
Manual attachment of bottom label/overlabel to each finished stock
Perform task based on FS Specs
Catcher
Putting required quantity of finished stock to prescribed packer box
DLC and aesthetic inspection per finished stock
Perform task based on FS Specs
Packer
Preparation of packer boxes and needed pallets
Preparation of needed materials such as tape dispenser and packer monitoring form before start of operation.
Packer box assembly
Stickering of correct packer sticker
Filling up of General Inventory Transaction Slip (GITS) with accurate data
Cellowrapping Operator
Operates cellowrapping machines
