QUALIFICATIONS:
> Graduate of any 4-year course
> With at least 2 years gaining experience in Manufacturing company as Production Trainer
> Must be knowledgeable on ISO 9001, ISo 14001, OHSAS 18001 standards
> Must have in-depth knowledge in MS Office applications particularly EXCEL and POWERPOINT.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
> Conducts training for all newly hired employees pertaining production process flow.
> Generate recommendations on how to improve training flow.
> Generate operation standards, guidelines and procedures for training.
