We are now looking for:
 
PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS (2)
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have experience in a Furniture Industry
At least 2 years in handling supervisory position
Initiative, resourceful, decisive, good mentor and can easily adapt changes
Knowledgeable in Windows application software
Registered Electrical Engineer is a plus
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITY:
Analyze new products and design/redesign appropriate production methods, processes and flow.
Prepare all production documentations and standardization.
Prepare new product requirement for machine, tools, jigs, fixtures printing, finishing and other sub-material requirements.
Set quality inspection standards and dispose in process quality matters.
Conduct education and training of operators on production methods, processes, flow, quality and inspection standards,
Provide timely reports to immediate superiors for updates or production status.
Perform other task that may be assign from time to time.
