GENERAL WORK SCOPE:
Serves as back-up support to Production Manager in administering all plant requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide assistance in creating developmental plan and submit recommendation to Manager.
2. Address major operational procedure including those minor.
3. Effective in all methodology and techniques with analysis in making reports and documentations.
4. Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedure to Manager.
5. Oversee all activity of the department.
6. Observe and analyse overall efficacy of the operation and ensure things are moving smoothly.
7. Supervise the whole MPP operation section.
8. Report findings to upper management if needed.
9. Supervise Operation Employees (staff and crew)
10. Evaluate Down the line Performances, report on department metrics.
11. Handling other administrative tasks - planning, overseeing inventory and motivating employees
12. Provide supervision and assistance to all personnel and ensure government and company standard requirements are strictly being abide.
13. Shall abide all existing rules and regulations subject to SZ code of discipline.
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess a Bachelors's degree in Food Technology/Biology/Nutrition and Dietetics/business management or equivalent
2. With at least 2 years of Supervisory experience in a food processing industry
3. Goal and results oriented
4. Willing to undergo training
5. Male or Female
6. Willing to assigned at Binugao, Toril Davao City
