Job Description:  
Primarily responsible for overseeing the different manufacturing operations during assigned shifts by leading the production team to execute schedules, ensure product quality, and adhere to operational efficiency, safety and cGMP requirements.
Job Requirements 
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree  in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
1-2 years of experience in a production environment
Basic understanding of production processes and safety standards and prio experience as line leader is a plus
Proficient in documentation and shift reporting with ability to lead and take responsibility
Has good communication skills, is detail-oriented, and is eager to learn
