Is currently looking for:
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - is responsible for overseeing and directly supervising a team of Leadmen, Utility Operators, Material Handlers, Pre-Delivery Inspection personnel, and Production Workers. This role involves maintaining efficient workflow, ensuring adherence to production standards, and overseeing the entire production process. The purpose of this role is to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, relevant field or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years of work experience, being in the automotive industry is an advantage
At least 2 years of supervisory experience within a production environment
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools
Ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts
Proficiency in using MS 365 Applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

Process Improvement and Development Supervision
- Actively contribute to process development initiatives, participate in brainstorming sessions for innovation, and implement improvements to existing processes
Production Work Planning and Execution
- Contributes to production planning, conducts analysis to optimize work schedules, and coordinates resources for efficient production
Periodic Maintenance and Monitoring
- Facilitates performance of a wide range of complex and specialized preventive and maintenance tasks; Ensures equipment and facilities are at optimum performance levels
Inventory Supervision
- Implements and oversees inventory control policies and procedures, including identifying slow-moving or obsolete inventory
Quality Supervision
- Conducts inspection to ensure that products processes and services meet predefined quality standards
Quality Supervision
- Doing data entry, expense tracking, and basic financial reporting
People and Performance Supervision
- Already able to delegate tasks to junior staff effectively and has the intermediate competency to mentor and coach staff
Effective Collaboration
- Cascades instructions, coordinating activities, and support smooth workplace communication
Workplace Safety and Security Supervision
- Assist with routine safety inspections, access control, and basic security monitoring
