PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Education:
Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably Mechanical, Industrial and Electrical Engineering
Experience:
3 years experience in a manufacturing firm and 2 years in Supervisory capacity
Gender:
Male or Female
Additional Qualifications:
Has strong communication skills and able to speak effectively to employees, managers and customers
Possesses strong leadership skills with good interpersonal skills
With good planning and organization skills with sense of urgency, accountability and customer focus
With good problem solving/root cause analysis skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environment ,preferably with strong desire to advance in responsibility within the manufacturing arena
Ability to write reports and correspondence clearly and effectively
Ability to multi-task, work with various challenges, and deal with variety of situations
Ability to motivate teams to exceed expectations
Has keen eyes for details; excellent analytical skills
Possesses strong safety and operational background
