Job Description:
Oversees manufacturing operations during assigned shifts, leading the production team to execute schedules, ensure product quality, and maintain operational efficiency, safety, and cGMP compliance
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree  in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
1-2 years of experience in a production environment
Basic understanding of production processes and safety standards
Proficient in documentation and shift reporting with good leadership skills
Has good communication skills, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
