PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering graduate.
With at least 2 years experience in a manufacturing set up
Male
Willing to be assigned in Pulpogan, Consolacion Cebu.
Shall be responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and directing all daily activities for mainly PE Foam Production operations and problem solving.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Plans and directs plant operations.
Focuses on driving Safety, quality, and productivity.
Develops, implements, and enforces operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality and revenue.
Provides leadership, management, and motivation to attain high levels of employee achievement and retention.
Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
