PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
 
Responsibilities:
Oversee the production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently
Coordinate the work of production assistants, delegating tasks as needed
Ensure that quality standards are met, and that all products meet customer requirements
Identify areas for improvement in the production process, and implement changes as needed
Monitor and control production costs, ensuring that they remain within budget
Train and mentor production assistants, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their career goals
Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and design, to ensure that production requirements are met
Manage production schedules and ensure that deadlines are met
Qualifications:
College Graduate or College Level
At least 3 years of experience in a production environment
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
Basic Knowledge in Microsoft word and excel
