Job Description
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring production targets are met.
Assigning workflow assignments and shift schedules.
Ensuring that production follows safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
Inspecting production outputs according to company specifications.
Identifying and troubleshooting any productions issues.
Making performance and progress reports management.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
Proven experience in production operation or manufacturing in tobacco industry.
Understanding of basic principles in production.
Gain 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or production operations.
Superb time management skills and detail orientation.
ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.
