Qualifications:
Male or Female
Graduate of Industrial Engineering / related course
Knows how to delegate tasks in order to avoid delays
Above-par Supervisory and Leadership skills
Highly analytical and keen on details
Has a strong sense of URGENCY
Experience in production planning / supervisory role
Willing to render extra hours of work when necessary
