New Asia Oil, Incorporated was first established on May, 1990. It's primary purpose is to manufacture and export Crude Coconut Oil (CNO) that is competitive in both price and quality for international market standards.
Managed by the principle and core values of I.I.H.E.A.T.(Integrity, Innovation, Humility, Excellence, and Teamwork) the company grew over time and was able to expand and venture into other coconut products such as Refined Coconut Oil (RBD), Coconut Fatty Acid Distillate (CFAD), and Cochin Oil. New Asia Oil also manufactures Copra Expeller Meal.
In addition to coconut products, the company is also one of Davao's pioneers to invest in manufacturing Castor Oil and Castor Cake/Meal from local Castor seeds.

The company's incorporators are very proud to have come so far when they have started humbly as copra traders in the 1960s.

New Asia Oil, Incorporated started to export to Taiwan. Now, the company exports to different parts of the world such as Australia, China, Korea, Japan, Europe, and the US.
Job Description • Monitors the Oil Milling operations and conducts analysis to define clearly the needs in hitting the production goals of the plant efficiency.
Conducts studies and make recommendations on appropriate technical strategies and means to improve production efficiency.
Develops action plans to implement and approved strategies and/or program in the Plant Operations.
Directs and coordinates the implementation of approved program of operations among Departments to ensure plant operations, effective plant preventive maintenance; availability of equipment spare parts; plant operations supplies; copra supplies; products inventory and shipments.
Monitors the progress of the on-going plant operations and resolve problems encountered, reviews and evaluate the actual plant performance and submits necessary reports on operations.
Conducts special study for possible project in the plant in coordination with the Maintenance Department for improvements of plant operations and recommends for approval.
Job Qualifications • Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, or Industrial Engineer,
With minimum of 3 years working experience as Production Supervisor preferably in Oil Mill industry.
Compensation 17,000
Compensation Range ₱15,000 - ₱20,000
