We are looking for experienced Production Supervisors with a strong background in production processes and a proven track record of managing and optimizing manufacturing operations. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in our production environment.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Create business and operational strategies as aligned with the company's vision and business directives and translate these strategies into specific and actionable goals with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guarantee success in all areas of the operation
Plan production activities and establish production priorities in keeping with effective operations and cost factors
Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment
Drive cost containment measures by eliminating inefficiencies in the operation, initiating programs for energy conservation and optimization of resources
Promote a transformational culture as premised on people empowerment, integrity, and synergy through championing transformational programs and initiatives
Job Qualifications:
A bachelor degree graduate in an engineering or technological courses
Working knowledge on lean manufacturing processes from warehousing to production line operations
Exhibits proficiency in capacity planning for manpower and production resources
Shows a sense of urgency and keenness to details in business-related situations
Above-average leadership ability
Highly assertive and has above average level of interpersonal skill necessary to carry out the requirements of the job
Can easily adapt to changes
