PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
 
Immediate Superior: Plant Manager
Area of Assignment: Production Department
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Chemical / any Food any related
At least 2 years' experience in Supervisory role
Experience should be in relevant in Food Manufacturing Industry
Relevant Training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or any related field
Willing to be relocated to Zamboanga City, Relocation Package is Offer
Skills:
Effective Communicator, Presentation Skills, and strong Work Ethics.
Advance in Data Analysis and Figurative Assessment
Planning, Organizing, Directing and Controlling of 5Ms (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement and 1E (Environment).
Technical Competency (Understanding the Process Flow & Organization)
Strong Problem-solving and applies methodological approach
Responsibilities:
Supervise and sustain that productivity are within margin all secured on a safe and quality managed processes.
Provide comprehensible, detailed, and structural reports with corrective actions/plan.
Coordinates with Planning team in case of issues arises to ensure smooth production flow and secures manpower schedule and availability are based on the planned volume and forecasted requisition.
Leads production meetings and cascade information / directives Top-Down and generate feedback and proposed improvement from Bottom-Up.
Ensures materials are optimized, documented and closely monitored.
Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team.
Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within facility. 
Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
Conducts Structured problem-solving analysis in any case of deviation, incident or accident and ensure all with corrective/preventive actions.
Performs job skills evaluation to ensure operator is at the right job assignment.
Promotes openness and acceptance to change management considering fast phased, increasing complexity and stringent customer requirements.
Ensures performance coaching and skills development of each operator's, may apply effective discipline and management.
