Is currently looking for:
 
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
 
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE FUNCTION:  
 
Primarily responsible in supervising, scheduling and monitoring of production items to meet production schedules on time with the right quality and at the least possible cost
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in planning materials/requirements to ensure continuous flow of work in the production line.
Responsible in monitoring work in process/parts and components scheduled for shipment.
Conducts process review and checks specifications of each item.
Develop and recommends systems and procedures that would ensure efficient flow of items.
Responsible in organizing the first production run on new items to minimize production delays due to quality problems.
Coordinates the activities of the production sections to ensure timely completion of desired volume.
Plans and implements shipping commitments and schedules.
Responsible in establishing standard man-hours and material requirements for each production operation.
Performs other duties that maybe assigned by Head.
QUALIFICATION
Graduate of engineering course
3 - 5 years working experience in Furniture or Manufacturing industries is an advantage
Has sense of urgency
Willing to take responsibility
Can work with less Supervision 
Strong interpersonal skills
Can do multitasking
