JOB DESCRIPTION:
Overseeing and coaching employees
Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes
Completes production plan by planning and scheduling the manpower
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
Review areas for improvement inside the production area
Troubleshoot quality and safety issues inside the production area
Compiles and analyzes production records
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or equivalent
With at least 3-5 years of working experience gained in a food manufacturing set-up
