To lead shift manufacturing activities in ensuring smooth production operation to achieve quality, cost and delivery goals
What you will do
Lead and monitor manufacturing activities with full responsibility for quality, cost and delivery goals.
Prioritize and manage workload of the Excel Team to ensure fulfillment of production orders per schedule.
Cultivate good teamwork and establish positive work environment to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve performance issues.
Organize training, coaching and counselling programs for subordinates to develop team competencies and drive high performance.
Drive continuous improvement with the Excel Team and daily housekeeping activities.
What you will need
Knowledgeable of quality controls and improvement tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and planning skills
