Prepares monthly production plan, manpower deployment, and other operational concerns.
Responsible for giving work assignments and correctly deliver it on time.
Delegates duties and responsibilities and report to the production head.
Monitors and maintains daily production performance within quality standard.
Lead and conducts root cause analysis.
Visual and actual testing.
Analysis of findings and results.
Planning, coordination, implementation and execution of activities in the plant.
Maintain all reports pertaining to production (bulk and finished goods).
Responsible for answering all employees complains and needs and resolution of conflicts, if there's any.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Chemical Engineering or any applied sciences.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Production, Leadership, People management.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
