Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting Production Head in planning, organizing, Staffing, leading and controlling resources for the attainment of results for production section / shift to produce the desired volume of products.
Key Responsibilities:
*Implements and monitors the progress of all plans and inform her superior of any changes in existing procedures.
*Develops knowledge, skills, values and attitudes of her subordinates through conduct of training, constantly monitoring their progress and informing them how they are doing.
*Conducts daily meeting with his/her subordinates
*Keeps track of production performance
*Attends daily MDT Meeting
*Provides the plans for materialization of all production demands
*Improvement and/or maintenance of work capability of her section.
*Performs other functions as maybe required by the superior after due training/qualification.
Qualifications:
*College graduate preferably in Industrial Engineer/ Computer Engineer
* With working experience is an advantage
*Proficient in written and verbal communication
*Possess good decision-making skill and leadership attitude.
*Knowledgeable in problem solving techniques.
*Can work with minimum supervision.
*Keen observant and rational thinker.
*Good interpersonal skills
* Good at Time Management
*Capability to handle diversity and generational differences in the work place
*Knowledgeable in Basic Computer office applications.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
*Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao/ Calamba Laguna
