Job Description
Plan, organized, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to ensure that customer's demands and expectations will be met
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
Increase production, Assets Capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 2 -3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
At least 2 years experienced as Production Supervisor and Plant Supervision.
Willing to be assigned in Urdaneta, Pangasinan
