Qualifications/Requirements:
• Preferably Engineering Course Graduate, Male, at least 26 years old to 40 years old.
• At least 2 years experience as Production Supervisor in a Manufacturing Firm
•Well rounded in Production
Secure supply to production volume of customer's requests.
• Placement of necessary personnel.
•Ensuring product quality.
• Make a Long-term production planning.
• Make equipment planning and process improvement planning.
• Understand the manufacturing process and procedure and analyze it with the aim for product improvement and stability.
• Create a monthly production planning and make necessary personnel planning of each process or section.
• Management of equipment needed in the process.
• Matters concerning improvement of productivity and defect prevention and improvement of work research.
• Matters concerning management of process and quality.
• Matters concerning improvement of equipment.
•Identify all issues in team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards on everyday basis.
•Supervise effective working of production personnel and prepare effective production schedules and ensure compliance to all company policies.
•Coordinate with equipment and process teams and ensure compliance to all protocols and maintain product quality.
•Ensure compliance to workplace policies according to safety objectives.
