Description
The Account Supervisor is responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive working relationship between the company, the client, and the employees through effective communication and leadership skills. They are to oversee and ensure that the operations carried out by the employees are within the company and client's standards.
• Effective and daily communication with the client.
• Oversee operations to ensure that the performance of the employees is within the company and client's standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance when necessary.
• To provide strategic insight into clients' programs.
• Allocate new accounts and tasks to team members.
• To lead account executives and account representatives.
• To report on activities and accounts daily.
• To maintain client satisfaction.
• Manage the financial aspects of the accounts (budgets, contracts, fees, etc.)
• To optimize and analyze marketing plans.
• Monitoring manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations through planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Monitoring the needs of the employees (coaching, counseling, or discipline).
• To enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure completion of the production plan by scheduling and assigning the necessary personnel.
• Monitor progress, establish priorities, resolve problems related to the employees or production.
• Ensure quality output through the establishment and enforcement of organizational standards.
• Ensure that all employees assigned to the production site maintain a clean work environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Communication and persuasion
